SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program offered through Skolari ("Skolari," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number to your school and opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
Skolari sends school-related text messages on behalf of the school you are associated with. Messages may include attendance and absence alerts, tuition and payment reminders, grade and report notifications, event and closure announcements, and two-way replies with your school. This is a transactional and informational program for enrolled families and staff — not a marketing program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number to your school and agreeing to receive text messages (for example, during enrollment or in your account/communication preferences). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your school's activity and the notifications you have enabled.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Skolari does not charge you for receiving these messages.
5. Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, opt in again with your school or reply START.
6. Help — reply HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, contact your school, or email us at hello@skolari.ai.
7. Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change over time.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information — including your phone number and text-messaging opt-in data or consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the effective date above.
