Text Message (SMS) Program

Skolari provides an AI-native school operating system that schools use to communicate with families. As part of that service, a school can send text (SMS) notifications to parents, guardians, and staff who have opted in. This page explains what those messages are, how you opt in, the consent you provide, and how to opt out.
What messages you'll receive
If you opt in, you may receive recurring, automated notifications from your school, sent via Skolari, such as:
- Attendance and absence alerts
- Tuition and payment reminders and receipts
- Grade and report-card notifications
- School announcements
- Documents that need your review or signature
Messages contain a short summary and a link into the secure, sign-in-protected Skolari portal — never sensitive details such as grades or health information in the text itself.
How you opt in
Providing your mobile number is always optional and is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase. You opt in at one of these points, where the consent statement below is shown:
- Your school's online enrollment / application form — when you apply or enroll through Skolari, you may add a guardian mobile number and agree to receive texts.
- The Skolari parent portal — after signing in, under Settings → Text alerts, you can add or remove your mobile number at any time.
This is the exact consent language a family agrees to at the opt-in points above.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your school's activity and the notifications you have enabled.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Skolari does not charge you for text messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at demo@skolari.ai. You can also remove your number in the parent portal under Settings → Text alerts, or ask your school office to remove it.

We do not share mobile information for marketing. No mobile information — including phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data — is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the school communications you opted into, through trusted messaging providers (such as Twilio) that transmit messages on our behalf.
